Normally we meet at 8.45 for a prompt 9.00 departure however this time differs on occasions so there should always be a reference made to the Walk Leader's walk description on Walk's Manager before joining the group at the meeting point.

The group meets in East Ayrshire Council Headquarters car park, London Road, Kilmarnock, KA3 7BU.

We gather together before departure and the Walk Leader, or their appointed person, facilitates car sharing between members and ensures that everyone 'has a lift'.

Anyone driving directly to the start of the walk MUST inform the Walk Leader.
